Cost

It depends on your payment method and selected delivery option. The entire order ships in a single package, so you pay only one shipping fee – except when free shipping applies.

Delivery Time

We’re a family-run business, not an Amazon warehouse :-) Our caps are packed slowly and personally by us, and we don’t pack them every day :-)

The current processing time is always shown in your cart – it can be 24 hours, or 2, 3, or 4 business days. Therefore, the total fulfillment time (including delivery) ranges from 2 to 7 business days. During the holiday season, shipping will be faster – please check the cart summary for updates.

Note

The processing times mentioned above and the delivery times in the table below do not include weekends (Saturdays & Sundays) or public holidays. In exceptional cases, such as promotional periods, delivery may take longer than usual. Additionally, your payment method can affect delivery time. For bank transfers, the fulfillment period starts only after the transfer is cleared in our account. If you want your order processed as quickly as possible, use fast payment options like BLIK, credit card, or instant transfers via Autopay.

Personal Pickup

In special cases, and after coordinating with the BerryBoat team, personal pickup in Łódź is available. Please note that we don’t have a physical store or fitting area.
