Order processing time

Here, describe in detail what happens right after an order is placed at BerryBoat: Rodzinna firma z przemyślaną modą. The customer must be aware of the time that we, as the seller, need to fulfil the order – that is, from the moment the product is added to the cart until the goods are delivered into the recipient's hands.

Example:
In the case of bank transfer or online payment, we ship each item as soon as the money is credited to our account. Shipments are delivered by courier companies – the delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment and the recipient's address. It usually takes up to 2 business days.
Please note! With an online bank transfer, the time to receive the parcel is extended by the transfer processing time, and in the case of instalment payment – by the time needed to prepare and sign the instalment agreement.

If you chose to collect your order via InPost Parcel Lockers, the shipment will arrive at the Parcel Locker of your choice within a few (usually up to 5) business days from the moment the parcel is dispatched.
